    2 eggs
    2 tbsp sugar
    1/2 tsp nutmeg
    1/8 tsp ginger
    1/8 cup rum
    1 pint beer
    1. Warm beer, but not too hot as you don't want to scramble the eggs.
    2. Whisk eggs, sugar, nutmeg, ginger, and rum until smooth.
    3. Pour the beer and egg mixture back in forth between two pans until
       mixed and smooth.  
    4. Strain the mixture to remove any lumps and enjoy.
