    Bloody Eggs
    2 poached eggs
    1 cup V8 juice
    1/4 cup shredded cheese
    2 pieces buttered toast
    2 cheddar cheese slices
    1. Poach eggs in small skillet filled with water and 2 tablespoons pickle juice.
    2. When done lay each egg on a piece of buttered toast.
    3. Place a slice of cheese over each egg.
    4. Pour V8 juice over eggs, cheese, and toast.
