    Sausage, Egg & Cheese Crescent Rolls
    4 eggs
    1 8 oz can Pillsbury reduced fat crescent rolls
    8 fully cooked breakfast sausage links
    4 slices cheddar cheese
    Salt and pepper to taste
     1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
     2. Beat the eggs in a small bowl.
     3. Reserve 1 tablespoon to brush on the crescent rolls. 
     4. Scramble and cook the rest of the eggs.
     5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 
     6. Unroll the dough and separate into 8 triangles. 
     7. Lay it flat on the baking sheet.
     8. Cut the 4 cheese slices in half. 
     9. Place one half on each triangle. 
    10. Add a spoonful of scrambled eggs and one sausage link. 
    11. Carefully roll up the crescent dough, rolling it over once.
    12. Brush the reserved egg on each crescent roll. 
    13. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    14. Bake 14-17 minutes or until golden brown
