    Peach Cobbler
    
    Ingredients
    3 cups sliced fresh peaches or 1 29oz can
    1/2 cup granulated sugar
    1 tsp cornstarch
    1/4 tsp nutmeg
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 cup flour
    1/2 cup rolled oats
    3/4 tsp baking powder
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/2 tbsp shortening
    1 cup milk
    1/8 cup bourbon
    1/2 cup butter, melted
    2 tbsp brown sugar
    
    Directions
    1.  Preheat oven to 375.
    2.  Combin peaches, granulated sugar, cornstarch, nutmeg, and cinnamon.
    3.  In a seperate bowl mix together remaining ingredients.
    4.  Poor the batter into a baking pan.
    5.  Poor the fruit mixture on top of the batter (do not stir)
    6.  Bake for 45-60 minutes.
