    Ketchup (Great Grandma Londot's recipe)
    8lbs tomatoes
    4 mangoes (green peppers)
    1 cup vinegar
    peach leaves
    1 tsp tumeric
    3 onions
    1 hot pepper
    1/2 cup salt
    2 cups sugar
    1 tbsp salt
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp cloves
    1. Cook tomatoes, onions, mangos, pepper, and peach leaves
       until onions are tender.
    2. Run through fruit press, add vinegar, sugar, and salt.
    3. Boil down almost half then add spices.
    4. Boil until thick.
    5. Add the cornstarch dissolved in a little vinegar the last
       10 minutes.
