    Relish (Great Grandma Londot's recipe) (makes 12 pints)
    NOTE: This could be her ketchup. Grandma Bricker says it is.
    1 peck green tomatoes
    1 bunch celery
    4 mangoes (peppers): 2 red & 2 yellow
    6 onions
    1/2 cup salt
    1 pint vinegar
    4 lbs brown sugar
    1 tsp black pepper
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1 tsp cloves
    1 tsp celery seed
    1 tbls dry mustard
    1. Grind tomatoes, celery, mangoes, and onions.
    2. Boil with salt and vinegar for 15 minutes.
    3. Drain add the brown sugar, black pepper, cinnamon,
       cloves, celery seed, and dry mustard.
    4. Cook 20 minutes and can while still hot.
