    Raspberry Rhubarb Jam
    Ingredients (makes 3-4 pints)
    6 cups fresh diced rhubarb
    3 cups sugar
    2 cups raspberries
    1 package raspberry jello
     1. Combine rhubarb and sugar in large sauce pan.
     2. Let sit for 15 minutes, stirring often.
     3. After 15 minutes, cook on medium-low until the rhubarb is soft.
     4. Add the raspberries.
     5. Cook until it begins to thicken, stirring often.
     6. Remove from heat.
     7. Stir in jello.
     8. Set aside to cool or pack in jars for canning.
