    Spaghetti Sauce
    2 mason jars of tomato sauce or raw tomatoes (see below)
    1 tsp dried minced onion
    1 tsp minced garlic
    1 tsp dried oregano
    1 tsp dried basil
    1 tsp italian seasoning
    1 tsp sugar
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    frozen meatballs
    1. Over low heat, simmer all ingredients until completely heated through.
    From raw tomatoes:
    a) Rough cut tomatoes and put in a pan over high heat. 
    b) The juices will leak out and start to boil.
    c) Put a lid on it and let boil for about 10 minutes.
    d) Scoop the and pour the tomatoes into a food mill and process.
    e) Cook over low heat for 45 minutes to an hour or until it reduces 
       to a sauce.
