    Cheeseball (Kevin's mom's recipe)
    2 8 oz cream cheese softened to room temperature
    1/3 cups chopped green onions (tops & all)
    2 finely chopped cloves garlic
    2 tbsp finely chopped green pepper
    1/2 tbsp parsley flakes
    1/4 tsp paprika
    1/4 tsp worcestershire sauce
    12 oz grated colby cheese
    1. Place cream cheese in bowl. 
    2. Add green onion, garlic, green pepper, parsley, paprika,
       and worcestershire sauce. 
    3. Mix well. 
    4. Add colby cheese. 
    5. Mix thoroughly. 
    6. Mold into 2 balls and decorate with extra parsley and
       paprika, finely ground pecans, and pecan halves. 
    7. Chill and than serve with crackers.
