Hot Cocoa Ingredients 2 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream 1 (14 Oz.) Sweetened Condensed Milk 2 Cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips 1/4 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder 6 Cups Milk (use whole milk for extra thick hot chocolate) 2 Teaspoons Pure Vanilla Extract Directions 1.
