    Vanilla Yogurt (makes 7 jars)
    5 cups whole milk
    1/2 cup powdered milk
    1/3 cup sugar
    2-1/2 tbsp vanilla
    1 jar yogurt with L. bulgaricus and S. thermophilus cultures
    1. Bring the milk to a near boil (170 degrees).
    2. Remove from heat, add sugar and powdered milk.
    3. Let the milk cool until luke warm (112 degrees), 
       then stir in the yogurt and vanilla extract.
    4. Let sit 5 minutes.
    5. Pour yogurt into individual jars.
    6. Set in yogurt maker for 10 hours
