    Spinach Salad (Grandma Great's recipe)
    1 lb fresh spinach
    3 boiled eggs
    1 can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
    1 can bean sprouts
    6 to 8 slices of bacon, fried crisp
    1 cup oil
    1/4 cup vinegar
    3/4 cup sugar
    1/3 cup ketchup
    1 tblsp worcestershire sauce
    1 medium onion, grated
    1.  Combine oil, vinegar, sugar, ketchup, worcestershire sauce,
        and grated onion.
    2.  Mix with electric beater.
    3.  Combine remaining ingredients in bowl and pour dressing over
        the top.
    4.  Once at a boil, reduce to a simmer and cook until potatoes 
        are tender, about 10 minutes.
    5.  Drain the potatoes and transfer to a large bowl.
    6.  Add the vinegar and toss gently to combine.
    7.  Toss the potatoes with the celery, onions, mayonnaise, pickled 
        relish, whole grain mustard, chives, and parsley and taste for 
    8.  Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until chilled and to 
        let the flavors meld, about 30 minutes.
