    BLT w/ garlic mayo
    Sliced red onion
    Italian or Rye bread (toasted)
    Sliced tomato (heirloom or roma)
    Iceburg lettuce
    Garlic mayonnaise (recipe to follow)
    cooked bacon or pancetta
    Sliced avocado (optional)
    Ingredients (Garlic Mayo)
    1 cup mayonnaise
    2 tblsp extra-virgin olive oil
    1 tblsp plus 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
    4 large garlic cloves, grated or minced (about 1 tablespoon)
    1/4 tsp kosher salt
    1. Stir the mayonnaise, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and salt together 
       in a small bowl and season with more lemon juice, garlic, salt to taste.
    2. Layer as follows:
       -bottom piece of bread
       -top piece of bread
