    Deviled Egg Salad
    1 dozen hard boiled eggs
    6 tbsp mayonnaise
    1 tbsp Dijon mustard
    pinch black pepper
    pinch salt
    2 tbsp sweet pickle relish
    1-1/2 tsp sugar
    1/8 tsp celery seed
    1/4 tsp powdered ranch dressing mix
    1. Place eggs in a medium saucepan with enough cold water to cover, 
       and bring to a boil. 
    2. Cover saucepan, remove from heat, and let eggs stand in hot water 
       for 10 to 12 minutes. 
    3. Remove from hot water, cool, peel (use a spoon), and chop into 1/4"
    4. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together. 
    5. Refrigerate until serving.
