    Stroganoff Sandwiches
    1-1/2 pounds ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
    6 to 8 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon paprika
    1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
    1 10-3/4oz can condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
    1 cup sour cream
    8 hamburger buns, split
    1. In a large cast-iron or other heavy skillet, cook beef, 
       onion and mushrooms over medium heat until meat is no 
       longer pink; drain. 
    2. Add bacon and garlic. 
    3. Combine the flour, salt, paprika and nutmeg.
    4. Gradually stir into beef mixture until blended.
    5. Stir in soup (mixture will be thick) and heat through. 
    6. Add sour cream. 
    7. Cook until heated through, stirring occasionally.
