    Tuna Salad
    28oz tuna, packed in water, drained
    2 tblsp pickle juice
    1 cup chopped pickles
    1 cup mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp mustard
    1/3 red onion
    2 tblsp lemon juice
    1 pickled garlic, minced*
    1-2 habanero peppers, minced*
    1 red or green pickled jalapeno, minced*
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. sunflower seeds
    salt and pepper, to taste
    1. Place tuna in large mixing bowl add pickle juice and pickles to the tuna.
    2. In a small bowl, combine mayo, mustard, onion, lemon juice, garlic, and peppers.
    3. Add mayo mixture to tuna and stir until evenly coated. 
    4. Stir in chopped celery and sunflower seeds. 
    5. Salt and pepper to taste. 
    *The garlic and peppers usually come in jars of hot pickles.
     If you don't have any hot pickles, just substitute as needed.
    **If tuna salad feels a little loose, add more sunflower seeds.
