    Fried Rice
    
    Ingredients
    Cooked Rice (1-cup dry rice to 2-cups water)
    sesame oil
    1 small onion (diced)
    2 carrots (diced)
    2 celery stalks (diced)
    2 eggs (scrambled)
    1 to 2 TBSP of sugar, depending on how sweet you like it
    1 TBSP garlic powder
    1 TSP ginger powder
    crushed red peppers
    2 TBSP of soy sauce
    1-cup of peas
    2-cups of shredded cabbage
    2 green onions (diced)
    diced meat or shrimp (if making this as a main dish)
    
    Directions for sauce
    1. Saute diced onion, carrots, and celery in a skant amount of sesame oil.
    2. Push vegis to the side of the pan and add the eggs.
    3. Cook as you would if you were making scrambled eggs.
    4. Add your cooked rice and mix well. 
    5. Add all remaining ingredients and mix well.
    6. Cover and steam on low for 10 minutes.
