    Diet Soup
    2 cans tomatoes
    1 bunch of shallots
    1 large can beef or chicken broth
    1 pkt french onion soup
    1 bunch of celery
    1 lb fresh green beans
    2 green capsicums
    1/2 lb carrots
    2 beef or chicken stock cubes
    1. Cut vegies into small pieces.
    2. Put all ingredients in large pot and cover with water.
    3. Boil until vegies are soft.
    4. Cool slightly and then blend in a blender until smooth.
    *This soup can be eaten anytime you are hungry. Eat as much as you want, 
     whenever you want. This soup will add no calories; the more you eat the 
     more weight you will lose.
