Ham Balls (Grandma Bricker's recipe) Ingredients 2 lb ham loaf mix 2 cups crushed crackers 2 eggs 1/2 cup milk 1/2 cup brown sugar 2 tblsp flour 1/4 tsp dry mustard 2 tblsp vinegar 1/2 cup light corn syrup 1 cup pineapple juice 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper Directions 1. Mix ham loaf, crackers, eggs, milk, salt, and pepper together and form into uniform balls (1.5 - 2 inches) and place in a 9x13 pan. 2. In a pan over medium heat; mix the remaining ingredients to form the sauce. 3. When the sauce has thickened, usually after reaching a low boil, pour the sauce over the ham balls. 4. Bake for 1 hour at 350. |
